Wisconsin - Marketing /Sales Assistant

We are a fast-growing health care company with Medicare Advantage health plans in multiple states.  We have plans to grow through acquisitions and new startup operations in additional markets over the next few years.  This growth and added complexity of our operation is requiring a significant investment in human resources as well and as a result we have a new opening for a Marketing/Sales Assistant.

 

PURPOSE OF JOB:

 

The Marketing/Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales and Marketing Department with reporting and lead management for the sales team. This position works with the Sales Manager to ensure all reporting and lead distribution is executed in an accurate, timely manner.  This position is also responsible for inputting data into the lead management system as needed in an accurate and timely manner and updating Net Suite.

 

JOB COMPONENTS:

 

1.  Prepare daily and weekly reports

2.  Prepare ad hoc reports as requested

3.  Input and assign daily leads from Business Reply Mail and other lead sources

4.  Input data as needed in the lead management system

5.  Assist with the distribution of home visits

6.  Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

1.  Strong organizational and time management skills

2.  Excellent written/verbal communication skills

3.  Detail oriented, Excellent computer/PC skills, with emphasis on Excel Spreadsheets and a working knowledge of Microsoft Access

4.  An understanding of internet and website access and functionality

5.  Ability to multi-task and be flexible
