Description:
A Workers' Compensation Analyst position is available.

* Responsible for oversight of claims in multiple venues which includes monitoring and providing direction to TPA?s handling claims for AIG companies and customers;
* Review, confirm, and analyze files submitted by TPA?s and make coverage decisions;
* Conduct on-site reserve audits;
* Attend mediations, monitor trials and facilitate recoveries/credits from second injury funds;
* Special projects, as assigned.

Position Requirements:
* Possess at least 5 years Workers? Compensation claims handling experience;
* Excellent analytical and investigative skills;
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications;
* Must be willing and able to work both independently and within a team;
* Excellent ability to multi-task and organizational skills.
