JOB DESCRIPTION:


We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Workers' Compensation professional in our Santa Ana location! If you have 3+ years experience in Worker's Compensation claims, possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, provide excellent customer service and are a team player, we want to see your resume!

POSITION SUMMARY:Under general supervision manages all aspects of indemnity claims handling from inception to conclusion within established authority and guidelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Effectively manage a caseload of 150 files Review new medical claims Reserve Claims Monitor Medical Management Make Claim assignments Provide claim control Monitor rehabilitation Review outside services Negotiate settlements, represent Company at all necessary meetings with client, vendor and regulatory agencies Work with Claims Assistant to insure claims progression Initiate correspondence

JOB REQUIREMENTS:Previous California Worker's Compensation claims experience requiredExcellent oral and written communication skillsStellar customer service a mustSIP is required to be considered for this positionStrong Analytical Skills, able to "think outside the box"Degree a plus
