Job Summary:

Responsible for Workers Compensation product management and leadership. Product management includes understanding state environments, competitor strategy, rating plans, pricing programs, coverage, risk selection and loss cost management techniques. Product line leadership includes working with business and service units to optimize top and bottom line performance, including developing necessary guidelines and providing subject matter expertise for thosedeveloping training materials and system requirements. Goal: Zurich as the industry leader in workers compensation; with a competative advantage in attracting, evaluating, pricing and managing customers, leading to superior financial performance for the the compared to ourcompetitors.



Job Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent

10 or more years of related Workers Compensation product management experience.

1. Product and Underwriting knowledge are necessary
2. Must have presentation skills along with ability to develop subject matter material.
3. Project management skills necessary.
4. Masters Degree prefered
