Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall daily maintenance of Zurich North America facilities spanning multiple offices on a national level. May serve as the main liaison with building management or oversees related systems within the building including security system, main switchboard, building maintenance, HVAC, and vending services.

Directs and supervises the zone facilities staff in the daily operation al functions for the Field Offices within designated zone. Manages and coordinates major renovations, office moves including all related systems within the building. Works with regional and department management to determine organizational needs for additional space. Maintains accurate floor plans and personnel listing for accurate cost allocations and disaster contingency planning. Responsible for preparing and monitoring zone budgets. Direction and development of support staff including FSA's (mail and switchboard) and FSS positions. May also manage the purchasing function for office supplies.



Job Qualifications:

Associate Degree or equivalent required. 5 or more years of related experience required.

1. Experience in space planning, project management, and operations management desired.
2. Self-motivated problem solver with strong interpersonal and organizational skills; accustomed to fast-paced environment.
3. PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs.
