ASP / VB.NET Lead Programmer

DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a Developer who has experience with ASP.NET, C++ and VB.NET. The qualified candidate should have at least several years development experience performing with web application development and design, strong ASP.NET experience, Visual Basic. 6.0 programming skills using objects. Candidate should also have expertise with C++. You will participate in entire life-cycle of project development, maintenance and upgrades. Independently gather and interpret requirements. Plan, implement, and test the desired modifications and/or additions in a timely fashion. Adhere to coding standards in modifying and creating components of lead form systems, document, release, and maintain changes.

We are looking for a motivated ASP.NET/VB.NET developer to join our team developing our enterprise software system. As a team member you will be working on a state-of-the-art ASP.NET web application in the .NET framework for a form based advertising.

Responsibilities:
Develop and/or enhance ASP.NET web pages using VB.NET, and SQL Server back-end. Work in a team setting to produce application capabilities consistent with management requirements.

 

REQUIREMENTS? Strong understanding of object oriented design and programming
? At least two years practical experience coding ASP.NET web application in VB.NET .
? Must have SQL Server experience, including client / server application development and the use of DTS and T-SQL (stored procedures)
? Expertise in related web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
? Understanding of .NET framework, specifically .NET datasets.
? Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of professional software development experience, preferably with web development experience.
? Excellent communication skills, team motivated, and a solid understanding of the software development life cycle are a plus.
