 Job Summary: As the face of DirectoryM, applicant must provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers have a successful initial and on-going experience with DirectoryM.

Responsibilities:

? Provide customers with the highest quality of customer service

? Assist clients in creating and maintaining online advertisements

? Handle new account customer communication

? Ensure quality control of orders and account set-up

? Assist Account Executives in maintaining and nurturing client relationships

? Handle inbound and outbound customer service inquires and disputes

? Provide reporting and analysis of customer service cases

? Provide recommendations for continuous improvements

Requirements:

? Bachelor?s Degree preferably in Advertising, Marketing or Business

? 1-2 years professional experience

? Exceptional time management

? Strong attention to detail

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Self-motivated, team player, with a can-do attitude
