Account Executive 3-5 years exp a must

Member of the sales team in the execution of management strategies and tactics to create prospect awareness, generate interest and close new business.  Once a new customer is established, the Sales Account Executive will play a key role in working within that organization to rapidly expand utilization of Silverlink call programs.

 

1.  Phone prospecting; email follow up; appointment scheduling.

 

2.  Support sales activities with participation in sales calls and conducting sales demos and presentations.

 

3.  Gather intelligence on the product line?s performance, customer attitudes and the competitive situations.

 

4.  Build and sustain strong business relationships with the customer by becoming a solutions expert through call program knowledge, awareness of customer trends and best practices which leads to the recommendation of new call programs to help the customers business.

 

5.  Work closely with customers to understand and design specific programs to meet their needs.

 

6.  Assist marketing with trade show booth coverage.

 


Candidate Profile

Experience with software and services solution selling or Pharmaceutical sales is preferred. Knowledge of healthcare industry applications, either from the user perspective or through sales or service to Managed Care Organizations, PBM?s and Pharmacy operations is a plus. 

 Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.  Well organized individual who pays great attention to detail, yet is capable of creativity. Able to grasp abstract concepts and turn them into concrete propositions via the written word or graphical presentations.
