Account Manager

GSI Commerce provides an e-commerce solution enabling retailers, branded manufacturers, entertainment companies and professional sports organizations to operate e-commerce businesses. The company's e-commerce solution includes Web site design and development, e-commerce technology, managed hosting, order fulfillment, customer service, merchandising and order management, online merchandising, customer relationship management, content development and online marketing. The company operates either all or a portion of the e-commerce businesses for approximately 45 partners. GSI Commerce trades on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange under the symbol, GSIC.

Responsible for managing our partners on a daily basis, and are responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship. The account manager will aggressively optimize our partners' campaigns and will complete detailed analysis to provide data-driven insights and weekly reporting of campaign performance

Minimum Requirements:
Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail required.
BA/BS degree 3 - 5 year's professional experience, with preferably 2-3 years online marketing experience. Affiliate program management required. Thorough knowledge of the Internet, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.

Desirable Requirements:
Experience with Affiliate provider platform preferred.
Experience in sports marketing a plus.
Search and comparative shopping engine knowledge desirable.
Independent worker and a self-starter.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proven abilities in decision-making, priority setting and planning.
