Account Manager(s)

The Account Manager will be? responsible for hotel relationship management for priceline?s market leader of online hotel reservations in continental Europe, Bookings.com. There are 3 positions available for experience Account managers, working from home or in our corporate office located in Norwalk, CT for the following areas:

West Coast (based ideally in San Francisco or Los Angeles)

East Coast (based in Orlando or Miami)

New York Area (based in NYC)?

Primary Responsibilities:


Acquiring new hotels in the assigned region.
Creating strategic plans and reports.
Educate hotels on Internet strategies and provide hotels training on our system.
Handle negotiations and contracts.
Organize and coordinate Tourist Trade Fair visits.
Market our brand name to hotels.
Handle client issues
Develop and maintain hotel relationships.?
Analyzing booking performance in markets and develop and implement strategies which maximize profitability.?

Maintaining knowledge of key events in assigned markets and their impact on hotel availability.?
On-going review of production with hotels via telephone and on-site visits.

Qualifications:


Bachelor?s degree required.
2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant account function in the hotel industry.
Knowledge of your assigned market (NY area)preferred.
Experience in the hotel industry a must!
Customer focused, entrepreneurial, independent, responsible and target focused.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in Spanish a plus.


Relocation is not provided for this position.
Employee will work remotely from home or in our corporate headquarters located in Norwalk, CT.
