Account Supervisor

GSI Commerce provides an e-commerce solution enabling retailers, branded manufacturers, entertainment companies and professional sports organizations to operate e-commerce businesses. The company's e-commerce solution includes Web site design and development, e-commerce technology, managed hosting, order fulfillment, customer service, merchandising and order management, online merchandising, customer relationship management, content development and online marketing. The company operates either all or a portion of the e-commerce businesses for approximately 45 partners. GSI Commerce trades on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange under the symbol, GSIC.

Responsible for overall leadership, partner management, marketing strategy development and platform management for multiple partners in regards to interactive marketing. The Supervisor will manage a team of account executives, and will ultimately be responsible for client satisfaction and revenue projections. Supervisor will assist in identifying opportunities to grow individual partner business. Position reports to Account Director.

Responsible for driving all online marketing initiatives as relates to a specific partner through Search, Affiliates, Comparative Shopping Engines, Portals and other vehicles.

Create and implement strategic online marketing plan for partner. Develop and present quarterly marketing reviews.

Interface with Business Management teams regarding promotions, merchandising, and site updates.

Forecast revenue and costs for each online marketing vehicle.

Investigate new business development opportunities to drive additional revenue.

Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail required.

BA/BS degree 5-7 years professional experience, with 3-4 years online marketing experience.

Thorough knowledge of Affiliates, CSEs and Search required. Solid working knowledge of the Internet, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook is essential.

Independent worker and a self-starter.

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proven abilities in decision-making, priority setting and planning.
