The Mgr, Web Continuity supports Progressive Direct's brand by creating consistent and cohesive visual messages while developing next generation concepts. This role will work across departments and functions to ensure brand consistency, support experience team members and balance creative vision with business realities.
BFA Graphic Design, or equivalent in education and/or experience
- 7+ years visual design experience in both print and interactive mediums
- 3+ years management experience
- Strong portfolio with evidence of working with big brands
- Ability to create new, innovative expressions of the brand as well as maintain look and feel standards
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, with accuracy and on budget
- Experience design and creative skills both in the web space and in print media
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage projects independently and between various stakeholders from concept through review and production
- Effective communicator (both presentation and verbal) for a variety of audiences at different levels in the organization and in understanding the importance of design
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Iconongraphy experience preferred
