At WebSideStory, customers are our first priority! The Associate Account Manager position is a critical part of our success as the primary business partner and ?owner? of our customers. In this position, you will be completely focused on your customer base and provide world-class service and support. You will maintain relationships at all levels of the client organization (to include the VP level) and develop appropriate new business opportunities within your assigned customer accounts.

As an expert in our Enterprise HBX product, you will serve as the customer advocate, ensuring that they are pleased with WebSideStory and receiving maximum return on investment. You will be in constant communication with your assigned customers throughout the contract lifecycle with a full understanding of their website, business model and online marketing strategy. You will interface with the customer in all areas of post-sales support including product implementation, professional consultation, reporting, onsite and offsite training and contract renewals. Your ultimate accountability is customer retention.

Success in this position requires outstanding interpersonal communication skills, a sales orientation, ability to multi-task and manage projects across many customers and ability to make things happen.

Position comes with base, bonus and stock options! We will only consider candidates from San Diego, or those willing to relocate on their own.

Required knowledge, skills, education and experience:BA/BS degree in Marketing or technical discipline. Strong technical aptitude is a must for this position. Demonstrated exceptional customer skills. Excellent communications skills and the ability to translate product information to both technical and non-technical professionals at all levels of an organization. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills ? both verbal and written. Strong work ethic. Positive, pro-active attitude and work style a must. Ability to multi-task, work cross functionally with several departments. Knowledge of web technologies and the web analytics industry a huge plus!
