Associate Director, Internet Solutions

Digitas is looking for an  Associate Director for our Internet Solutions Team.  We are a leading relationship marketing services firm. SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Associate Director  is to partner with clients and internal teams to manage and deliver innovative rich Internet application projects on time and within budget. Focus of the role is on providing strong leadership to project teams and the Technology team. The Associate Director must possess a combination of project management, technical and client management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
Job Experience
Significant experience in matching Internet technologies to business needs. 
Established track record for accurately scoping, maintaining budget and resources on complex and multiple technology projects
Solid track-record for business enhancing technology innovation and providing insights for clients Experience in collaboration with creative teams
Combination of deep technical experience and senior level project delivery experience

 

Education
BA or BS, preferably in computer science, engineering, or science/technology-based discipline

 

Skills
Solid understanding of project management and software engineering methodologies including Object Oriented design methodologies
Solid understanding of Internet technologies, knowledge of Microsoft technologies is a plus
Solid understanding of User Interface design methodologies
Excellent client facing skills
Established presentation skills both written and oral Excellent people management skills

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participates in the business development process Builds and nurtures client relationships
Develops and manages project forecasts, budgets and plans
Manages projects from requirements gathering through launch
Drives the creation and review of business, functional and technical requirements
Drives the creation and review of technical architecture and design
Reinforces a sense of accountability and responsibility for delivering highest quality and value to clients
