We seek a dynamic Associate Software Operations Engineer who prides them self on their results. As a member of the Operations Team, for The Grow Network/McGraw-Hill, you would design and develop productivity-enhancing tools for Grow internal customers. Knowledge and Experience Education (Bachelors’, Masters’, PhD): Bachelors (computer, math, or science a plus) 1-2 years technology experience Skills (training, software, language, financial, etc.): scripting experience - PERL or Python, Jakarta Ant or a related scripting language structured programming experience using the Java language a plus database and/or web development experience a plus experience with modern software practices such as continuous integration, unit testing, and SCM strong interpersonal skills (communication, organization, multitasking) ability to self-organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
