Azooca.com a consumer website and sub company of Playhut, Inc.seeks a talented website designer to join our growing Interactive team.  Ideal candidates will have experience with the entire creative process through the course of website design, development, and implementation. Candidate will offer graphical support to web-based applications, including concepting original artwork, strategic design, production, and html/asp/php layout. The candidate must be creative, detail-oriented, with proven design and project management skills. The successful candidate possesses the ability to work efficiently and independently under time constraints.  Must be able to participate in a team environment with direction, input and cooperation from other participants in the creative process. Position is full-time and requires on-site work at our offices in City of Industry, CA. No inquiries for outsourcing or off-site work, please. 

Your responsibilities will include:

? Web design, setup and production experience (HTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript) for website used by the general public relating to consumer products.

 ? Regular communication and integration with the Marketing and Design Department to obtain input, commentary and collaborative creative effort.

? Ongoing web design and maintenance of corporate website, with support of remote international team.

? Providing technical and creative support to website as needed.

YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY:

1-4 years of design with primary focus on website conceptualization, planning, design and execution.
 

Ability to use all PC based desktop publishing peripherals and software necessary to design, produce, publish and maintain a consumer oriented website. (At minimum, expertise in Macromedia Studio MX, Adobe Creative Suite, and other web site creation software). 

Must show initiative; be reliable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Meticulous attention to detail and organization with a commitment to produce accurate and high-quality work under tight deadlines.

In depth command of web site design, user interface design principles, usability testing and browser-compatibility issues.

Traditional design awareness and skills.
 

A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, internet marketing, art or related area is preferred.
