Position Overview:

Undertone Networks is seeking a Business Development Manager.  This person will be responsible for managing and executing both new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.  The Business Development Manager will identify the appropriate opportunities which support Undertone?s strategic priorities, and work with all cross-functional areas of the company to execute on evaluating, developing, and implementing these business opportunities and relationships.

 

 

Position Responsibilities: .Create a business plan and manage new business opportunities including, but not limited to, online video, behavioral/contextual and lead generation/customer acquisition.Identify and recommend potential strategic partners based on industry/competitor research & business case analysesWork extensively with other stakeholders within the company, including senior management, to evaluate and expand new business opportunities.Competitive analyses & market landscape research.Manage Business Development accounts on a day to day basis and liaise with internal and external customers that touch on accounts.

 

 

Qualifications:

. Specific experience in digital media business development or sales is required. Experience in complex deal negotiations, especially with regard to technology and content, is required.Candidate must possess strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and writing skills; the ability to communicate clearly and thoroughly, yet succinctly, with people of various disciplines is essential.Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects and work well as a team player and independently.Strong candidates will be highly self-motivated and objective driven.The candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to think creatively and strategically, possess a history of strong negotiating skills, and have experience in aligning and driving of cross-functional group to successful completion. Will be able to manage MS Excel financial models to effectively analyze business deals, and the ROI of those deals, and tracking of results.BA or similar undergraduate degree and 5 years of related experience is required. MBA  a strong plus.
