Business Intelligence Analyst - StubHub

Summary of Duties:

We are seeking a highly motivated, intelligent Business Intelligence Analyst to support our customer marketing initiatives. This position is technical and will involve extensive use of Excel, query tools including SQL, and analytic tools including SAS. Strong analysis skills are a must. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone looking to get in on the ground floor of an exciting and growing function within StubHub.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Work cross-functionally with the customer marketing team to determine and meet their business intelligence needs including: pulling lists, working with StubHub?s email service provider to manage program execution, provide ongoing campaign tracking and analysis, and create reports with results and recommendations.

? Create ongoing return on investment and segmentation analyses.

? Develop all ad hoc reports requested by Customer Marketing.

? Research and gather data for analysis in the data warehouse; this will be primarily sports and entertainment related.

Skills and Abilities Needed:

? 1 ? 3 years of Business Intelligence or Database Marketing experience

? Strong Excel skills, fluency with PowerPoint; SQL experience or willingness to learn.

? Excellent analytic skills

? Proficiency in using SAS is not required but a plus

? Experience working with Business Objects reporting suite is not required but a plus

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Strong interpersonal skills, must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

? Interests in sports and entertainment a plus.

? Proactive problem solver. Able to identify a problem and suggest solutions based on data collected.
