Our QualityHealth division is seeking candidates for the following position:

 

Campaign / Project Lead ? Internet Operations

The candidate:  Will ensure the smooth day to day running of processes for operations and the sales group.  Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with the client?s technical resource.  Resolves client issues/problems.  Provides technical advice to the sales team.  Liaise between operations and an internal technical developer.

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Run and manage all aspects of back-end campaign set-up.Evaluate, maintain and improve efficiency of revenue stream surrounding our client?s programs.Implement procedure and process to simplify and improve operations. Helps determine need for new features based on client specific campaign specifications. Translates business specs into technical specs. Manage all data transfers.

 

You are responsible for owning the position as it is the most important position in the operations department.  You are the technical representative to the client.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

 Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and juggle tasks to meet strict deadlines. Degree in a technical discipline is preferable. A mind for technology and an eye for detail. An ability to work in a fast paced yet fun environment. Your bandwidth for RECALL must be impeccable. Good decision making skills. Solid work experience.Good business judgment.An openness to work well and quickly.You must be mindful and thorough, contemplative and smart! You must be pro active and think for yourself. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Familiarity with general web-site development including HTML, JavaScript and SQL is required.  Familiarity for email marketing and/or ad serving is highly desirable but not required. Familiarity with transfer of data processes also desirable but not required.
