Client Relationship Manager/Project Manager BigBad, Inc., an award-winning, Boston-based interactive agency consulting on and implementing solutions to business problems of marketing, workflow and communications, seeks Project Managers to lead mid-to-large scale Web initiatives from project conception to completion.

Responsibilities: Builds successful relationships with clients and ensures ongoing client satisfaction Meets project milestones Establishes and maintains project communications Maintains and manages project budgets and scope Identifies and manages project issues and risk Participates in weekly resource planning meetings Leads teams of 15-20 members Manages vendor relationships Ensures work quality based on company standards Communicates project roles and responsibilities Oversees the development and tracking of project plans Develops relationships with project stakeholders Identifies new opportunities within existing accounts

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Required, PMI Certification preferred 5+ years Project Management experience in delivering Web-based solutions, preferably in a client service organization Demonstrated ability to lead project teams of 10 or more people Demonstrated ability to lead projects from Presales to final delivery Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills Ability to work independently Proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS Project; knowledge of Visio and DreamWeaverCompensation includes salary, medical, dental, life insurance, disability, 401k, and MBTA passes.
