Client Services Manager

Amazon Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Client Services Manager for the Northeast practice located in Greenwich, CT. Amazon Enterprise Solutions is a professional services organization that provides technology, fulfillment and customer service capabilities and online retailing expertise to retailers. This is a great opportunity for an e-commerce manager to be on the ground floor of a highly visible and growing services organization.

 

Core functions of this position include: Ensure client satisfaction through positive relationship and proven value addBe an e-commerce business manager — Analyze results, advise & proactively make recommendations for improvements on a client by client basisResponsible for daily management of functions that service client accountsInterface effectively with Amazon internal teams to drive client projects successfullyBrainstorm, align and execute business strategies for clients — focus on online marketing; site optimization

 

Possess ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results driven atmospherePast experience working with clients - relationship builder, provide credible insight and knowledgeCreate reference-able interactions with clients at every touch pointProven ability to manage and lead/ influence a team of decentralized/remote resourcesExcellent organizational skills, attention to detailStrong project management experience and skillsMust be versed in online technologyMust be highly motivated and ambitiousEntrepreneurial attitude a +Must possess excellent communication skillsMinimum 5+ years experience managing e-commerceExperience managing clients or accounts Willing to travel – 25% of time
