Content/Programming Manager

Our client is a nationally-known on-line marketing company. Due to a tremendous growth in their client base & demand for service, we are seeking a Programming Manager responsible for strategic decisions regarding on-line content to create the best breed of experience for users and to support key business objectives. Duties include daily collaboration with team members in the development of programming strategies. Candidates will ensure programming strategies are executed in an effective and timely manner and will interpret data to draw conclusions with regard to implications of business goals and user experience.

Requirements:

? Candidates must have proven experience developing web programs and sites.
? College degree or related experience.
? Ability to continually cultivate a broad knowledge of Health and Wellness areas, including medical news and health trends, and work to develop concepts for related feature content as well as identify areas for additional content development.
? Ability to write compelling promotional copy is essential.
? Ability to gain a keen understanding of the user base and to utilize that understanding toward the goal of successful programming.
? Healthcare industry experience a plus. Knowledge of the health industry and trends in the marketplace preferred. Knowledge of other forms of media (TV, magazines, programming) a plus.
