Your tasks
Manage internal relationships with select reps from Label Release Planning/Production teams; Global Digital Business Development/Marketing; Copyright/A&R Admin clearance teams; Digital Production; IS&T/Asset Order Management Association (AOMA) teams to maintain efficient, deadline-intensive digital content scheduling, production and distribution workflows (for both Online and Mobile customers and related digital product lines).

Conduct ordering and related supply chain auditing for customer content deliveries. Manage relationships/conduct regular communication with Online and Mobile customer content/technical operations teams to ensure consistent, date-sensitive marketplace availability of SONY BMG's digital products.

Conduct daily, time-sensitive trouble-shooting on internal and customer-side production/data/delivery issues that affect delivery and consumer availability of SONY BMG'S digital content -- i.e. work with labels to manage production/delivery of late-breaking releases and account for missing production assets/metadata; identify/remedy production and delivery failures with SONY BMG and customer ops/production teams; work with customers to remedy lost/corrupt/non-compliant content deliveries.


Our requirements
Candidate must be tech-literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access and adept in mastering knowledge/use of other programs/applications/tools of the operations trade (i.e. SQL/Toad, XML, SFTP/SSH2 and various proprietary SONY BMG systems - EOM, MMDS, AOMA, etc.).

Candidate must work well under deadline pressure; detailed-oriented, adaptable and accepting of abrupt change and unforeseen challenges (critical in the hyper-evolving digital business space); excellent communication skills.

Ideal candidate has at least 12 months experience in the digital (or physical) content production/distribution arena.
