Write excellent headlines and copy for Cheapflights? Travel Deals newsletters and Website landing pages;

Cheapflights is an internet media company with a specialisation in publishing travel deals and generating sales for travel companies.

Cheapflights.com launched in the USA in June 2003 and has had a very successful first 3 years in the USA market. Cheapflights.com has over 2 million unique users a month and is a top 13 USA travel agent website (Hitwise). It is part of the Cheapflights family of sites that was founded over 10 years ago in the UK.

Responsible to:

General Manager, Newsletter Division, Cheapflights USA

Key areas of responsibility:

To write strong promotional copy and headlines for the content of all Cheapflights email newsletters and associated landing pages.

Key tasks are:

Working closely with the Newsletter Manager and the Deals Manager to assist in co-coordinating the travel deals content for each newsletter
Writing headlines and promotional text for the travel-deals content, ensuring newsletter remains fresh, interesting & viewer-friendly
Create informative, exciting & innovative landing pages for selected content
Ensure email excellence and the overall integrity & quality of all third-party content.

Support tasks:

Interact with representatives of top travel firms, including airlines, cruise lines, and online travel agencies, on travel deals they are offering consumers

Write deal information for the Cheapflights News section of the website
