Customer Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose:

*Creates interest in agency capabilities to internal and external clients by effectively communicating the value.

 

*Motivates potential and current clients to use agency services through formal and informal learning opportunities.

 

*Proactively integrates Agency services into current Agency work-flow and marketing strategies.


 

Duties:

* Understands products and services by studying products and services specifications and features, as well as advantages over competitors' products and services.



* Determines nature of inquiry by analyzing request; clarifying details and interpretation; asking questions; researching customers' accounts.



* Responds to requests by providing and clarifying information; anticipating unasked questions.



* Initiates or updates inquiry or customer database by inputting questions and response data.



* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical manuals and bulletins.



* Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.



Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelors degree, Product Knowledge, Informing Others, Data Entry Skills, Organization, Analyzing Information, Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening, Customer Service, Requirements Analysis, Multi-tasking, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of Internet applications
