One of the largest Search Marketing Internet Companies in the world is seeking individuals who are looking to add significant value to client advertising campaigns.

Listing editors are a team of proactive individuals who have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to client service.  As a Listing Editor, you will be expected to master all listing guidelines to facilitate delivery of effective and relevant targeted on-line advertising.

Responsibilities:Provide world class customer service in all forms of communication with clients.Thoroughly check ad content, quality, relevancy, and accuracyApprove, disapprove, or optimize new and changed ad submissions based on policy guidelines.Optimize advertisers' keyword lists and ads to maximize advertisers' ROI.Process client listings within set time limits and according to company standards and policies.Resolve client disputes with perception and good judgment and understands when it is appropriate to discuss a sensitive or difficult issue or situation with a colleague or team leader.Contributing member in a team environment.Perform in a production environment, with emphasis on processing a high volume of work while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Maintain a professional and results oriented approach to daily responsibilities and when interacting with co-workers.

Skills/Qualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent proven analytical skills.Ability to make logical, consistent judgments in relevancy and policy matters.Current computer skills including familiarity with Windows and MS Office applications (word processing, spreadsheet and database programs).BA/BS or equivalent experience.Highly flexible.Detail oriented and ability to work on large volume of work quickly and independently.

Preferred:English, Communications, Marketing, or Journalism Degree.Copy editing, journalism, copy writing, or advertising operations experience.Knowledge and experience of the Internet, search engines and browsers.Customer service experience.Spanish or French language writing proficiency a plus.

 

Must be able to work weekends.
