Job Purpose:

Serving customers by managing sales, filling orders, and applying professional customer service skills by phone and email.


Duties:

* Facilitates product shipments by coordinating payment, invoice processing, and purchases from vendors .

* Provides support services by examining product applications.

* Satisfies customer issues by receiving correspondence; answering inquiries; resolving complaints.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

Motorcycle parts and accessory knowledge is required. An applicant with prior work experience in the motorcycle industry will be best suited for this position. Bilingual skills will also advance your opportunity. Knowledge of internet sales and basic computer skills are a must. Customer Service, Emphasizing Excellence, Building Relationships, Presentation Skills.
