Database Coordinator

GSI Commerce provides an e-commerce solution enabling retailers, branded manufacturers, entertainment companies and professional sports organizations to operate e-commerce businesses. The company's e-commerce solution includes Web site design and development, e-commerce technology, managed hosting, order fulfillment, customer service, merchandising and order management, online merchandising, customer relationship management, content development and online marketing. The company operates either all or a portion of the e-commerce businesses for approximately 45 partners. GSI Commerce trades on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange under the symbol, GSIC.

' Gather & organize the raw data for all standard marketing & financial reports.
' Run standard QA processes on all data inputs.
' Compile the weekly Affiliate Fraud Analysis Report.
' Manage our 'custom' standard marketing reports.
' Fulfill all ad hoc report requests.
' Manage the master marketing participation grid.
' Validate calculations for client invoicing and develop QA process.
' Coordinate the preparation and review of all monthly financial reports.
' Investigate all inquiries into marketing's published reports.
' Work with the Channel Management team to automate delivery of cost information from all third parties.
' Work with Sr. Marketing Analyst to publish Vertical and Channel statistics on a quarterly basis.
' Understand all team process and be prepared to provide support on any project on an as needed basis

' Bachelor's Degree in related area plus min 1 year experience
' Exceptional analytical and math skills
' Strong oral & written communication skills
' Proficient in Microsoft Office
' Expert in MS Excel (must have pivot table/function knowledge)
' Strong attention to detail
' Knowledge/understanding of online marketing campaigns
' Ability to work with/interact with multiple departments
' Ability to multi-task; assertive and enthusiastic demeanor
' Team player
