DETAILED DESCRIPTION

 

Lead a team of Business Analysts responsible for  Business requirements and product specifications to achieve synergy of business requirements across Data Synch. Portfolio

Identify and contribute to productivity gains through product synergy

Manage Scope and Priority of Bus. Req-s

Create and drive a customer engagement program for Data Synch. Eng

-Focus Groups

-Constant Feedback from customers and prospects

Work with internal GXS Stakeholders (sales, consulting, professional services, etc.)

-To validate and refine requirements

-Drive iterative validation and feedback into development process

Assemble and track P&L Data for Data Synch Portfolio and make priority recommendations based on P&L and strategic value

Define and create specifications for revenue enables (tools, reports, etc)

Cross Product Program Management, when required





 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

5+ years of experience working with large distributed teams inter-enterprise business systems with minimum of 3 years in leadership position

3+ years of experience with requirements and business solutions architecture for large scale Business to Business Applications.

Proven track record in at least 2 of the following areas

? Software development leadership

? Quality Assurance Processes

? Defining Business Requirements as part of development lifecycle

? Large System Architecture

? Business Solutions Process flows

 

Extensive experience with direct customer interaction and demonstrated ability to understand, document and explain customer and market requirements.

Demonstrated ability to reach consensus within multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Excellent Communication and facilitation skills

Good Understanding of different methodologies including Agile Software Development combined with practical experience
