Director of Professional Services - Marcom

DESCRIPTIONOur client is leading the way in Customer Self-Service Automation over the web. The company produced software that is used in both Customer Service and Marketing areas.



Our client is in growth mode and is looking for a candidate that is a self-starter with excellent writing skills to join their team.



The company has an office in Malibu, California and in New York City. The Dir. of Professional Services can be located in either city with a home office option as well.
REQUIREMENTSThis postion will be responsible for existing and new clients, as well as demos for prospective clients. A successful candidate must have a command of English, as well as good people skills.



This person need to be able to anticipate questions from Customers, and to formulate and develop questions and answers which are deployed via the customers website. Ideal candidate would start out doing much of the work themselves, and eventually grow into hiring a staff of 'Knowledge Engineers' that would report to him/her.



Although not required to be overly technical, a background in some technical environment a plus, as one of the functions is to work with the development/deployment team when building interfaces to our customers' back-end systems to make our Customer Self-Service solutions more effective
