Flash Actionscripter/Animator

Online game developer Makai Media is seeking an experienced Flash ActionScripter with animation abilities and serviceable design skills.  Working knowledge of Photoshop is also required.  Knowlegde of 3D/2D animation a plus.
Work location is flexible so long as productivity level remains high.  Schedule is not flexible:  must be working and available by phone/email/IM during normal business hours.  Candidate must also be available for occasional meetings and workdays on-site in the LAX area. 
Candidate should work well with a team, taking direction and following client's instructions to exact specifications.  Speed and efficiency are essential.
This position will start with a 3 month contractor status.  If the candidate is a good match, he/she will be hired full-time with health benefits.  He/she may be asked to complete a project test as proof of skill level.
