Position
Inspired eLearning is searching for an intelligent, creative, self-reliant, self-organizing problem solver to join our team of Graphic Designers and eLearning Specialists.  Your role will be to support new and existing customers by customizing our existing flash-based eLearning courses, creating new custom eLearning courses that meet the specific needs of our Fortune 500 customer base and assisting with deployment of these courses to our student population.  This is a dynamic position in a growing company that is both demanding and rewarding. 


Required Business Skills Excellent WRITTEN communication skills Outgoing personality / excellent verbal communications skills Outstanding portfolio of flash, html or other creative work   Experience with Flash / html / XML  Ability to tell a story visually with minimal or no text Cinematography experience a big plus!   Great organizational skills Ability to interact with professional clientele while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Great attention to detail and a commitment to get the job done right Demonstrated ability to be an intelligent, creative, self-reliant, self-organizing problem solver while working in a team environment
 

Required Technical Skills:MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint HTML / Dreamweaver / FrontPage Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, and Captivate Flash (Designer) Flash ActionScript (Limited)  JavaScript Solid Troubleshooting Experience




Desirable Additional Skills:
Experience with SCORM and/or AICC, Learning Management Systems, TCP/IP and networking, XML, web-based training, MS Access, digital video production, cinematography, audio editing, streaming media and web conferencing are all useful.


Minimum Educational & Professional Requirements: Bachelor?s degree with 1 year of experience or
Multi-Media Certificate/Associate?s degree plus 3 year?s experience A portfolio of your graphic/flash/eLearning design work A writing sample.   


Other Requirements: Must be eighteen years of age or older Must pass a drug test if applicable Must pass a background check Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable
