Wanted freelance flash designers, to work onsite on the design of banner ads for entertainment client

3-5 years flash design experience.

Looking for designers with the ability to make changes to previously coded Actionscript, please note we are not looking for code writers but rather designers with experience in light manipulations of code.

Seeking self-motivated creative individuals, with the ability to work independently with very little hand holding, but still knowing when to ask the right questions. Preferred (but not required) would be an individual whose background that includes having worked in "LARGE" environments; this experiences has provided you with an understanding of the creative process and managing the relationships which exist within these "large" environments.
