This position is based in Mountain View, CA.

Would you like to be a member of an exciting and growing project? Google Checkout is looking for talented individuals to assist in the management of our online eCommerce merchant accounts. You will join a team of proactive, passionate, and dedicated individuals. Use your love of the Internet and eCommerce to help us support and grow our merchant base. This position provides a flexible schedule.

We encourage both seasoned customer service representatives and recent college graduates who are interested in client service to apply. At Google, you will learn, build relationships, and add value to an exciting product.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot merchant issues, identify solutions, and drive merchant satisfaction.
Increase conversion rates and drive maximum ROI for merchants.
Provide excellent customer service to Google's merchants.
Opportunities to work on special projects, as needed.
Requirements:

BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
Excellent analytical skills.
Self-starter; excellent team player.
Detail oriented; ability to complete large volume of work quickly.
Exceptional written communication skills, including strong spelling and grammar skills.
Strong computer applications skills.
Customer service / client service experience AND/OR related experience in an Internet company or advertising operations experience is highly desired.
