Golfsmith has a career opportunity for an INTERNET BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER at our Support Center in Austin, Texas. 



 

Summary:

Responsible for managing the paid-search marketing program, the affiliate program/marketing efforts, and the existing marketing relationships and partners.  Researches and develops new channels and vehicles to promote Golfsmith.com



Duties:Manage, optimize and grow the paid-search marketing programManage the affiliate program and maximize the affiliate marketing efforts through Commission Junction Find and develop new online e-commerce and portal partners for Golfsmith ? identify potential golf and tennis partners, negotiate terms and work with Legal and IS departments to execute the relationships Create Internet marketing plans and cost analyses Manage existing marketing relationships and partners General website performance reporting and analysis Other Internet-related projects as required Strong management skills and ability to lead a team Prior experience with an e-commerce business Thorough knowledge of the Internet Computer skills: MS Office products (strong Excel skills) Works closely with the catalog team, merchandising team, and the IS department

Education/Experience:Bachelor?s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMS Office products (strong Excel skills) required
