Roundedcube has an immediate opening for an Information Architect/Content Specialist in the St. Louis office. As a member of the Design team, you would work closely with the project manager, designers and developers.

 

Core Duties/Responsibilities

? Be an integral part in developing e-commerce, transactional, marketing and application-based websites

? Understand target audience?s needs, tasks and goals, and then help translate that into creative concepts and functional components

? Work closely with client and project manager to translate business requirements into meaningful Web experiences

? Lead or participate in user research, concept/prototype testing and usability testing

? Create information architectures and wire frame specifications

? Serve as secondary Project Manager ? track schedule, ensure deliverables, interface w/ client and Dev team

 

Required Skills

? Demonstrated ability to create IA for complex websites, taxonomy frameworks and content structures

? Experience conducting usability research and translating research findings into design decisions

? Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

? Experience dealing with clients and business decisions

? High tolerance for ambiguity

? Extremely organized and detailed

? Ability to travel occasionally

 

Required Experience

? Degree in related field, such as Graphic Design, Marketing, etc.

? Proficiency in design tools such as Visio, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc. as well as MS Office Suite

? 2+ years experience as information architect, web designer

(or similar role)
