Interactive Project Manager (Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading and defining web development projects for long-term Fortune 500 clients and managing both clients and internal teams on a senior level in order to successfully implement project plans on strategy, on time and on budget. Must set high level of excellence for projects and convey long-term vision for both MRM WORLDWIDE and the client. The Project Manager is expected to:

1) Lead project visions and motivate teams over the entire project, managing and coaching Project Managers to successfully deliver individual projects.
2) Drive effort to integrate MRM WORLDWIDE?s strategic, creative, and technical efforts into a cohesive and functional delivery solution for large scale clients.
3) Identify potential risks and problem areas; work with team to provide effective solutions
4) As the owner of the MRM Worldwide Service Delivery Process, oversee the documentation and procedures that will ensure innovation, efficiency, best practices and quality within a series of projects.
5) The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the detailed project specifications from different functional groups and following through to successfully realize the project. The Project Manager maintains final responsibility for the internal implementation of the project.
6) In partnership with Account Manager, develop client relationships at senior levels with multiple accounts and facilitate client work sessions

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate must have 4 or more years of experience in project management of interactive projects or applications. The Project Manager must be able to lead intense large scale projects of a highly technical and creative nature; scope project requirements, conceptualize and translate client needs into specific integrated project plans; possess a mastery of process skills as demonstrated by delivering previous multi-stream, highly complex large scale web projects on spec, on time, and on budget; have advanced technical knowledge and fluency in synthesizing that knowledge into smart, innovative technical solutions; manage senior level client relationships and 3rd party marketing, consulting and/or IT organizations; and superior understanding of MS Project and Microsoft Office products.
