JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coupons, Inc. is looking for a self-starting Technical Operations Representative to join our fast-paced team. This position is primarily focused on the creation and design of Internet portals, but also includes technical trouble shooting and client support. The right candidate is a unique hybrid with the technical skill set to build Internet sites in conjunction with a personable customer service-oriented attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage the flow of Coupons, Inc. portal microsite creation and implementation, including creative procurement and integration with our templated galleries.

* Assist clients with technical troubleshooting, customer service and problem solving.

* Work with clients, in conjuncture with our sales and technical teams, to understand and deliver on site goals.

* Explain technical aspects of portal site implementation, including JavaScript tags, to client.

SKILLS REQUIRED

* A high level of experience with HTML and cascading style sheets within multiple browser platforms (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.) The candidate should also be skilled with hand-coding HTML pages.

* Familiarity with JavaScript

* Excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication skills with a full understanding of customer service.

* Extreme attention to detail

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize work; must be capable of focusing on multiple deadlines

* Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite
