QVC, Inc., the world?s pre-eminent electronic retailer, is looking for talented college students for internship opportunities in our QVC.com Web Design area. The intern will have the opportunity to perform one or more of the following types of tasks: Under the direct supervision of the Senior Web Designer, assist the Design staff with various production and design needs. Responsibilities can include digital image manipulation, miscellaneous office tasks, digital photography, logo and headline design. QVC will consider students who have completed at least four semesters of college in the following majors: Graphic Design, Digital Media, Photography.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience in the following software is preferred: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Flash, and other Internet technology a plus, but not required.
Required Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong business and technical sense
-Investigative mentality & have a demonstrated ability to work
well with a team
