International Ecommerce Program Manager. $70-80 per hour. 6 month minimum contract. North Dallas.

RC Solutions is a professional services organization with core compentencies in both Information Technology and Healthcare services.  We are looking to assist one of our Fortune 500 clients with the identification and engagement of an Ecommerce program Manager to work with their international unit.

General Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities: Project management in support of international Ecommerce applications (hardware and software).

Job Duties
? Manage the initial definition of business and technical requirements for the International Ecommerce system through discussion with both US and overseas teams.

? Collaborate with internal and external team members to develop, deploy, measure and provide recommended solutions for international Ecommerce.
? Ongoing, interface with business partners (US and worldwide) to capture new business requirements and existing issues with Ecommerce systems. Map technical requirements to these findings and document requirements for development team.
? Prioritize development requirements and requests from business partners, internal users, and other ?customers? in such a way to provide optimal satisfaction to the many varied constituents
? Interface with the implementation team to coordinate deliverables associated with application deployment, and develop utilities and tools that facilitate deployment
? Interface with the TechSupport team to define and improve support procedures and capabilities through training, communication, and documentation
? Communicate with executive management and assigned country management on project status, risks, opportunities, etc. Provide reporting as requested.
? Manage technology partners to ensure successful deployment of software
? Plan and schedule the deployment of new software and hardware systems with coordination of the business partner, technology partners, and equipment suppliers.
? Coordinate, execute, and support alpha and beta site testing. Provide formal recommendations for approval following field testing.
? Work with Documentation Specialist/Technical Writer to develop relevant documentation materials necessary for deployment.
? Ensure adequate training is made available as new products are released to the field and customers.
? Create and manage multiple cross-functional budgets for the specific projects within the scope of position?s responsibility
? For new hires, must meet all employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful passing of background check.

? Up to 10% overseas travel may be required initially
? Complete all other requested duties as necessary

Desired Qualifications
? Accountability for delivering solutions by approved deadlines
? Must have 5+ years managing global projects in complex cross functional environments

? Must have 5+ years experience of Ecommerce design and implementation

? Extensive knowledge of system development  
? Demonstrated skills in prioritization, multi-tasking, and success in adapting to change in a fast-paced environment

? Demonstrated skills in working in a multicultural/multinational environment where English is a second language
? Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
? Demonstrated effective written and verbal presentation skills
? Ability to keep a high awareness of projects through communications and relationship building with internal and external groups
? Must be articulate in communicating technology and workflow concepts, risks, performance, strategy and usage with non-technical people
? Must be able to interface with external and internal business partners in a professional setting
? Working technical background including network security, network communication, web based client/server technologies, PC technology, and software development
? Must have demonstrated the ability to achieve results through others  
 
Time Allocation
? 50% - communication (internal & external, meetings, email, etc.)
? 25% - documentation (requirements, project mgmt, risk assessment)
? 10% - reporting
? 10% - researching new options
? 5% - personal/professional development
