For the talent individuals that can work well in a Call Center environment and have the interpersonal and entry level technical skills, this position is a great way to establish yourself as a tech support specialist.  The position involves helping the members of a major ISP resolve their internet connectivity issues.  Positions are available for the experience broadband specialist as well as the individual that can help someone with dial-up troubleshooting.

 

The position pays $10 per hour both in training and in production.  There are monthly bonus opportunities as well as the chance to earn performance based increases at the 90 day level.  Training can be in AM or PM classes running Monday thru Friday.  Production schedules typically cover 7 day and 24 hours per day.  New employees should be prepared to work shifts involving evenings and weekends.  Excellent working environment with a client that typically promotes from within.

 

The position is a direct hire placement which enable the earliest possible access to the clients benefit package.

 

For the class starting Feb 5,, 2006, there is an additional $100.00 paid after 60 days employment in this position.
