lookintheattic & company (www.lookintheattic.com) is a company that runs well-established online enterprises using various e-commerce web sites. The initial goal of the IMA will be to enhance our online conversion rates and secure 50,000 Internet placed orders generated by Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and other traceable paid search campaigns over the next 12 months.

 

Job Purpose:  Generates revenue by managing Internet product life cycle from concept approval through end-of-life.

 

Job Duties:  1. Create, implement and manage both new and existing search campaigns for lookintheattic & company, inc. and subsidiary web sites. 2. Create, monitor, modify, test, analyze and update compelling ads that achieve conversions. Advanced keyword research and strategy experience with keyword database tools as well as up to date knowledge of keyword/brand copyright concerns. 3. Manage, maintain, develop web sites and product databases for existing and future sites and program. 4. Test and prove value of new features in our web sites. 5. Using specific software programs to reverse engineer our competitors marketing efforts from which to develop meaningful tactics. Use of Analytical tools to enhance our web site designs and develop higher conversion rates.

 

Requirements: General requirements for the successful individual: 1. Minimum 18 months of experience with PPC online marketing, SEO and copy writing for search engines. 2. Strong experience in the development of web sites and web coding. 3. Goal oriented and focused individual - able to accomplish projects and individual tasks in allotted time. 4. Excellent computer and Internet skills as well as a good understanding of basic HTML coding, Dreamweaver, WebPosition or equivalent. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. 5. Experience with interacting with Google, Yahoo, MSN, direct sales channels as well as the major indirect sales channels (BobVila, MarthaStewart etc) - exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 6. Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. 7. Excellent presentation skills and ability to maintain weekly face to face strategy meetings with the President in order to expand campaigns and increase their effectiveness.

 

The Internet Marketing Assistant (IMA) will start working as a part-time employee of lookintheattic & company, inc. and expand to a full time position as the success of the individual is proven. Excellent Benefits including Medical, Bonus Program and other Options for the proven candidate.
