Internet Project Specialist

Carnival Cruise Lines, one of South Florida's top organizations and a member of the S&P 500, is currently seeking an Internet Project Specialist/Coordinator based in our Miami, Florida corporate headquarters.


 

Position requires minimum of one year relevant industry experience and/or online marketing experience; ad agency or online direct marketing background a plus.  Primary responsibilities include coordinating carnival.com enhancements, defects and updates within our case management tool as well as on the travel agent portal, acting as liaison with Information Systems, coordinating travel agent email tools, running and distributing web analytics reports, and serving as primary point person for User Acceptance Testing.  Additional responsibilities include serving as junior account executive with internal clients and maintaining content pages on carnival.com.  The successful candidate must be self motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently.  A proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes as well as the ability to demonstrate a proactive work ethic when managing numerous competing priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.  Must also have excellent interpersonal and English verbal/written communication skills and be highly proficient in MSWord, Excel and Powerpoint. A bachelor?s or associates degree is required.
