HostMySite.com is seeking skilled professionals for the full time position of Internet Server Support Representative in our Newark, Delaware location.

 

This position is a great mix of issue troubleshooting and Web server administration. Our Internet Server Administrators are responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health and uptime of all web servers, resolving complex website issues, identifying opportunities to improve server performance and do everything necessary to provide outstanding service to our customers while working in a 24x7x365 inbound support center

 

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:MySQL, MSSQL 2000, MSSQL 2005 Web application servers and platforms, such as IIS, Apache Red Hat Linux, Windows 2000 and/or 2003 Server Administration Root Cause Analysis methodology and Server Incident documentation skills Internet protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, POP3, and HTTP Ecommerce solutions and payment gateway implementation Virtuozzo, Plesk, CPanel or any other VPS product Experience with one or more of the following: ASP.net, ColdFusion, PHP, JSP or Perl
