This dynamic organization is seeking four top notch JSP/JSTL Developers to join their team.

The JSP/JSTL Template Developer works as a core team member in the development of public facing template technologies. They will be involved in the production of JSP/JSTL templates on a daily basis, and the fulfillment of key business goals and user interface concerns through these templates:
- Creation, maintenance and support of templates and workflow processes.
- Works on the development of Internet Web applications.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor?s degree in CS, CIS, or other related field. Advanced areas of study should include information design, information technology, or computing related fields.

COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT:
Candidate must show an aptitude for detail. They should display leadership skills such as taking proper responsibility, pursuing solutions to problems, displaying resourcefulness towards accomplishing given task or goals.



Required Skills:
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: - 3 years experience developing Web Applications for business purposes on Unix, Windows, and Mac. Experience in J2EE development and JSP development. - Thorough understanding of the web, its capabilities and its limitations. - Thorough knowledge of HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, basic UNIX, Java, and JavaScript. - Superior interpersonal skills. - Strong skills required in critical thinking and analysis. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Technical process documentation experience. - Java Server Page development. - An understanding of POJO based Java development - Solid Experience using the Spring Framework - Strong adherence to separation of business logic and presentation concerns
Desired Skills:
Experience with SCRUM or other agile methods helpful
Non-Tech Skills:
Prefer to have experience participating in development for large Web site or Media Company.
