Junior Analyst, Sales and Merchant Operations

As our Jr. Analyst, Sales and Merchant Operations, you will:

? Produce regular reports on merchant advertising business metrics and investigate any anomalies;
? Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in reporting methodology and efficiency; work with data systems to make upgrades to database reporting;
? Support the Sales and Account Management teams in daily activities, including account forecasting and account performance analysis;
? Assist in the development of financial models and analytical reports that support pricing decisions, as well as forecasts in sales productivity/capacity, new merchant acquisition, account revenue growth and account retention;
? Perform analyses that underpin findings and recommendations on critical initiatives; help communicate findings and recommendations to business group leadership;
? Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed for the merchant advertising business;

Your qualifications include:

? BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
? Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new applications/software quickly
? Excellent attention to detail, ability to self-audit work
? Distinctive problem solving and analytic skills, combined with strong business judgment
? Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
? Highly organized, time-management skills a must
? Intellectual curiosity and can-do attitude
? Experience in the software, Internet or media industries helpful, but not required
