Job Description:
Technology Services: Applications Web Development
REPORTS TO: Software Development Manager

POSITION PURPOSE: Gather, organize and prepare content for publication to the web. This position will support the business units and the Online Media Producers in properly preparing the information and media for publication to the web site. The position is intended to support the many business units that produce web content to achieve their schedules while learning to produce properly formed web content for the new Wizards web site.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS
The developer works with Online Media web site producers and with the Web Development Team to prepare content for publication to the Wizards of the Coast web site. This position will interact regularly with the Web Development Team's ticketing system to receive work assignments and to communicate work status.

JOB DUTIES

Major Responsibilities:

This position will help business units and brand web site producers to prepare content correctly for publication to the Wizards of the Coast Web Site. Documents and images need to be correctly prepared for web publication in order to keep page weights down, and to keep the quality of the site and its content at the highest level.

Job Experience:
QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Training:

Required:
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Required Experience: (Strong familiarity)
- HTML
- CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)
- Photoshop
- Image editing, cutting
- RGB Colors for Web

Preferred:
- Experience with Content Management Systems

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Highly motivated self-starter with attention to detail
