Who will you be working with?
You will be working with a small, but extremely talented group of individuals. The company owners include a CEO and COO, in their early 30?s that value hard work in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Our President, who runs our sales and marketing efforts in San Diego, is a seasoned industry veteran at the ripe old age of 41. Employees are encouraged to work hard and push their boundaries, but never at the expense of their family obligations. Lead Developer
Challenging and creative position performing design, development and maintenance tasks associated with database driven Content Management Solutions, CRM Systems, Sales Lead Tracking, and other database driven Internet applications. This position involves the development of cutting-edge, browser-based, web applications as a leader on one of several Development Teams.
Responsibilities include working directly with a Project Manager to oversee one of several teams that include two to three Intermediate Developers and Graphic Designers. The person applying for this position should be able to build advanced applications and entire systems from scratch and help determine the scope, hours and schedule for any project that their team is responsible for. They will be able to rely on their team?s Project Manager to facilitate communications with clients, so that they can do what they do best ? program, but they must also be relied upon for client meetings and for driving the technical direction of their team?s projects.
High-end database driven Internet programming, design, planning, and testing skills are critical for this position, which requires a minimum of 4 years of advanced web programming experience (CF, ASP, PHP, XML, Flash, DHTML, JavaScript). STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF DATABASE CONCEPTS A MUST
Flash, PhotoShop and other design/ UI skills will be taken into strong consideration as well.
A 4-year computer related degree is preferred, but not required.
Our biggest requirement is that you can prove a strong working knowledge of and experience building Web based solutions and/or distributed database systems.
Intermediate Developer
Challenging and creative position performing design, development and maintenance tasks associated with database driven Content Management Solutions, CRM Systems, Sales Lead Tracking, and other database driven Internet applications. This position involves the implementation and occasional development of cutting-edge, browser-based, web applications as a member of one of several Development Teams. Intermediate Developers will report directly to Lead Developers.
Responsibilities include working directly under a Lead Developer on one of several teams to implement sites based on a pre-established code base and templates provided by the company and Lead Developers. The person applying for this position should be able to build simple applications from scratch and be able to troubleshoot and modify existing code.
High-end database driven Internet programming, design, and troubleshooting skills are critical for this position, which requires a minimum of 2 years of advanced programming experience in *any* language.
CF, ASP, PHP, XML, Flash, DHTML, JavaScript a plus
STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF DATABASE CONCEPTS A MUST
Flash, PhotoShop and other design/ UI skills will be taken into strong consideration as well.
A 4-year computer related degree is preferred, but not required.

How will you be compensated?
cvbTV/220solutions, Inc. has always taken pride in recognizing quality work and compensating people for it. We offer quarterly profit sharing and salary reviews annually. Average annual raises for fulltime employees in 2006 were 15%+, which is not uncommon for those that have shown a desire to excel. Starting salary ranges for each of these three positions are:
Lead Developer ? $60,000 to $75,000 annually
Intermediate Developer - $30,000 to $55,000 annually
