The Position: 

We are seeking a Account Executive with proven prospecting and account development skills along with a passion to exceed clients? expectations. This person will focus on mid market accounts, those having between 100 and 2,500 employees. The primary responsibilities include prospecting, presenting the SnagAJob story, bringing the customer to  commitment and assuring an outcome that exceeds their expectations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

?  Identify, contact and build relationships with companies in the Mid Market category



?  Present key selling points/features and benefits while focusing on customer needs/expectations



?  Move the prospect toward commitment and close sales that exceed customer expectations



?  Effectively manage a business in an assigned territory



?  Consistently attain or exceed 100% of your assigned revenue goal by building a pipeline

of potential future business.



?  Provide exceptional post sale service to clients



?  Create strategies to grow revenue with existing customers



?  Forecast monthly and quarterly sales with a high degree of accuracy

 

Qualifications:

 

?  2+ years sales experience



?  Background includes sales of a service or technology that improves administrative processes



?  Recruiting/staffing or experience selling into HR Departments is a plus



?  Has generated sales primarily through new business development



?  Experience in developing client relations after the sale



?  Has carried a quota in a geographic territory



?  Able to work/learn with minimum guidance/supervision



?  Goal driven, achievement oriented, highly motivated



?  Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills



?  Well organized and attentive to details
