Description:

 

iCiX is looking for a Major Accounts Manager to communicate, train, and implement the iCiX solution for its major customers. This job will include daily communication with high level executives in regards to the implementation of iCiX for the customers. The Major Accounts Manager will follow the implementation for a customer from start to end. This is done through the use of an implementation schedule that includes a series of email broadcasts to a customer's vendor list. The Major Accounts Manager will also train departments, either over the phone or in person, with a customer in order to ultimately hand over the implementation to the customer after a specified time period. Thus, enabling the customer to run the iCiX system on their own. The Major Accounts Manager will continue to be the point of contact for this customer after the implementation is complete.
